0000652: Allow to exclude articles with "show only in topic" from main RSS feed

Description

We have an option for articles, "show only in topic", that does not list such articles on the site's index page. They do show up in the site's main RSS / Atom feed, though.

There should be an option to hide these stories from the main feed, too. They will still be available in topic-specific feeds.

So, in addition to "Contents: all Stories", there should be an option "all Front Page Stories".
